Dresses female. Sexuality: bisexual Physical Description: "Tall with pumps." Alex is your typical California Tranny. Tall, died pink or blonde hair (from above shoulder length all the way to mid-back), depending on his mood. Always wears makeup. Is very slim. likes to wear a lot of pink. Personality: "Basically Eddie Izzard but funnier and trannier" Alex, or Lexi as he's more lately fond of, is a very funny person to be around. He's terribly cheery and completely comfortable with himself. He's a bit of a nudist and is not at all worried about what other people think. He has impeccable taste in clothing. History (Please write at least four/five paragraphs here. You're starting this character from scratch this is the place to flesh him/her out): Alexander Truman was born to two ex-movie stars in California who loved him very much and were always extremely supportive of him. He group up and knew immediately that he did not fit into the constraints of society. He liked to go into his mom's closet and pick out her clothes for school that day. His parents both thought it was adorable and did not mind at all that their child was different. Alex was teased when he was little, but never really listened to anything that close-minded people said. He was always a spirited child, well-liked by all, even (to their own disdain) the people who teased him. Alex had a few of casual boyfriends and girlfriends before he left at age 13 but nothing too serious. He has had a few relationships since he got here, but not too many, and while some were leaning toward serious, none were too serious. He does want a relationship and is terrified for one at the same time, though there's no way he'll admit to either. He's neither a slut nor a prude and would love to bring his joy into other people's lives. His parents heard about the Pride Academies when they first started out. They loved their son and wanted to keep him home, but they didn't want to stamp the individuality out of him. They decided that the Pride Academies would be the best place for Lexi and sent him as soon as he submitted to the idea of leaving California which he loved dearly. He was 13 when he came here. He visits his family twice a year, over all of winter and summer breaks, leaving just in time to get back here. His parents even promised him a boob job after college if he still wants it. Alex has been a good student, but not a particularly hard worker. He gets B's and doesn't care to work much harder to get the A. He makes friends easily (with those who aren't intimidated by him). Alex is a respectable teenager and is still the life of the party and well-liked by most, if not all. He met Caleb through boys a capella and they became fast friends. I looked into fashion schools. I'm thinking my first choice is Parson's New School for Design in NYC. It's perfect. Now the only issue is whether I'll get in or not. My grades are a bit above average. But really, it's my body of work that will be looked at. I hate to think of some stuck up suits reviewing my portfolio, but that's the way it'll have to be, I suppose. Granted, it's the wrong side of the country, but who cares. It's not like money's an object. I just wish that I could take Mum and Pop with me. They do so enjoy their California life and though they'd move at the drop of a hat, I'd feel rotten for tearing them away from their lives. Mum sent me a letter asking if I'd found any nice boys or girls yet. I told her that while I've chatted them up, none of them are for me JUST yet. It is positively lovely here, though. The weather is not as beautific as dear old Cali, but it's better than somewhere where it snows all the time. *shudders* IC Log Example (at 150 words, 3rd person): Lexi stood in the quad, waiting for Caleb to show up. It was not normal for Lexi to be so early. It was a fantastic hair day today. Not too humid, either. Caleb is a great, adorably handsome boy. It wass a shame neither of them were too attracted to the other. They would make quite the couple. They did, on the other hand, make a rather fantastic set of friends. It was not that Lexi was lacking friends. However, Caleb was a different kind of friend than he'd had before. Caleb was a rambler. Ramblers were always fun to be friends with. You just sit and listen and they can go on for hours. Amusing and endearing at the same time. The first time Lexi had chatted Caleb up was during their Boys A Capella practice. They grew to be great friends since then. Oh look. There the boy was now. He looked exactly as he always does. Dressed not quite as fashionably as Lexi would have liked, but looking good nonetheless. | |||||||||
